During public holiday, November 18, public transport will run according to the day-off traffic schedule
„Rīgas satiksme” informs that during public holiday on November 18, as well as on November 19, there will be changes in the work of public transport, parking lots and customer service centres.
Public transport
- On November 18 and 19, buses, trams and trolleybuses will run according to the day-off traffic schedule.
- Passengers who have purchased tickets for the workdays are kindly requested to note that on November 18 and 19, one-month tickets intended for all days of the month or time tickets for the days-off will be valid.
Parking lots
- Riga municipal parking lots maintained by „Rīgas satiksme”, on November 18, will be available free of charge, except the underground parking lot in Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 5a near the Riga Congress Centre – there for placement of the car you will have to pay according to the valid tariffs.
- On November 19, the paid parking lot in the territory of Old Riga (R zone) will work from 6:00 until 24:00, the other paid parking lots will work from 9:00 until 17:00. The underground parking lot in Krišjāņa Valdemāra Street 5a near the Riga Congress Centre will work in accordance with the valid tariffs.
Customer service centres
- On the holiday eve, November 17, the working hours of the customer service centre in Brīvības Street 49/53 will be from 8:00 until 16:00, the other four customer service centres will work as usual on the workdays – from 9:00 until 19:00.
- On Thursday, November 18, all customer service centres will be closed.
- On November 19, 20 and 21, the working hours of the customer service centre in Spīķeru Street 1 will be from 10:00 until 16:00, the other customer service centres will be closed.
In accordance with the prescribed epidemiological safety measures, in „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres, customers are served by previous appointment. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, in „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres, customers with an interoperable COVID-19 vaccination or recovery certificate are served. Simultaneously with the certificate, customers must present a personal identity document – passport or eID. On Thursdays, certificates are not checked.
